Three finishes in Q3 2019 from my Finish Along List.
Finished
Jungle Beach Bag
This was my first finish: A Jungle Beach Bag for my Mom. It was No. 11 on my list. You can read more about it in this post.
Bee Quilt 2019
And the second finish is my 2019 bee project. This must be the fastest ever – 2019 is not even finished :) All the details and many more pictures are in this post.
Wanta Fanta
Third finish is another bee project – this time my first from 2016. All the details, including once again some Hamburg background, and more pictures are in this post.
And then I had one small in between finish | A group project for last year’s bee member Saadia
Also I did decide on the Sew Along for the Leafy Quilt – My Jungle Quilt
That quilt top is almost finished. So big progress there. Let me show you a few of the yummy pictures:

No. 10 – QuiltCon Charity
(Q3/2019)
NEW
We, eight quilters from Germany, are working on a submission for the QuiltCon charity section.
My Goal for 2019 was to get my WIP list down to 3-6 projects.
I think we all see that this is fairly unrealistic at the moment. I am finishing projects – almost like crazy – but I am as fast in adding new ones. So maybe for next year the #12 will be the magical number that is not to be crossed?!
Let’s first see how Q4 goes. I wish you all a lot of sewing time and most important a lot of fun!
Best wishes

Sounds like a beautiful quarter with beauty, creativity and great progress. Hope you take time for self-care :-) Sending squishy hugs to you!!!
Yay for the beautiful finishes. As for Q4, you’ve got your work cut out for you! ;-) Have fun tho – some wonderful projects there!
Two big finishes in a trimester is what I call a success XD!! And the leafy quilt is looking good – I love the pops of pink in the middle of the greens, although is a combination I wouldn’t never have thought of.
I wish you more sewing fun for this last trimester – and I would not worry about the number, as long as you are comfortable with the projects you have running!
Best,
Ariadna
PS. I have to ask… Where did you find those Tux fabrics??!
Good luck with the finishes. It is hard not to keep adding new projects…so perhaps 12 is a good number after all. For sure it is more realistic than 3.
